StaidLogic is looking for a Customer Success Executive. Can be Full-time or Part-time or Flex-time. .
Job Role:
- Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement. Present StaidLogic to prospective LOBs/ Groups
- Act as the point of contact for clients. Understand customer outcomes, analyze customer health metrics and gather other feedback through periodic business reviews
- Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
- Suggest innovative ideas to radiate sales and to improve customer experience.
Required Skills:
- Customer success experience in a software solutions and services company.
- Proven track record of working in a customer facing role
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Analytical and time-management skills
- BPM / RPA industry experience is a huge plus
