StaidLogic is looking for a Customer Success Executive. Can be Full-time or Part-time or Flex-time. .

Job Role:

  • Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement. Present StaidLogic to prospective LOBs/ Groups
  • Act as the point of contact for clients. Understand customer outcomes, analyze customer health metrics and gather other feedback through periodic business reviews
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
  • Suggest innovative ideas to radiate sales and to improve customer experience.

 

Required Skills:

  • Customer success experience in a software solutions and services company.
  • Proven track record of working in a customer facing role
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Analytical and time-management skills
  • BPM / RPA industry experience is a huge plus
